An OC? Well, it's actually pretty simple, all 당신 need is to download a program like MS Paint, 또는 Paint.NET from the internet. Then you'll be able to draw a character on your own. 당신 could always use a character base from deviantART, 또는 make a color over, but I don't recommend those because they lack the use of actual talent.
Using Paint.NET, I'm able to draw my OC, Roxanne. So, if you're allowed to download things on the computer that you're on, I recommend Paint.NET the most.
For me, I go on deviantart , find the base that has all the tdi girls(unless your making a dude!) then trace them! I scan them onto the pc 또는 take a pic of it then use paint.net! Sounds complicated but it's supa easy! 또는 당신 can just go on YouTube and find a tprital! Sorry if I was no help
1. find a tdi character pic right click and press 'save as' 2. go to your pictures on your computer (laptop WHATEVER!) right click on the tdi pic 당신 saved to your computer, and press open with, then go to open with paint
