How do all of 당신 TDI fanpoppers make such good TDI art/fancharacters?

I wanna know how everyone makes the greatest looking TDI stuff ive seen. Like 팬 characters and such. If u know, can u...

Then, I just try to draw the character. I use 더 많이 than one layer (one for sketch lines that gets deleted later on, lineart layer, and color layer). I guess here's a screenshot (I don't know who the girl is; I just drew something random).
