You're not stupid.
To make an Original Character, you'll need to download Paint 또는 Paint.NET.
Try drawing your OC yourself before resorting to coloring over a canon character.
Please, don't color over an artist's work.
Artists like Amiree and TDI_Exile make amazing pieces that look real, so please don't try to color over them, for the artist worked hard on them.

Try to give your OC a good personality and backstory.
If the only thing that 당신 have for your OC is a name, it might not seem realistic.
Give them a past, personality, a 날짜 of birth, age, and all that other Shiz.

And, overall, have fun with it.

To make an OC your going to wanna start with personality. After you've created a personality, draw a look that relates to that personality (If 당신 think 당신 can't draw there are a lot of bases out there).

If 당신 can create a backstory 또는 a future for them then you've got an OC

Tips: An OC's personality usually relates to that of it's creator! Of course there are some (like mine) That are the opposites.

some people use things like paint.net but i use paint to color over any tdi person. if your like me and don't want to download any thing go to the thing at the bottom of the screne and click the button that says start the go to all programs and find accerices and it'll have paint and once 당신 click that and it comes up click 편집 and then it'll have paste form and click 당신 person 당신 want to color over and your good to go!

Ok this is what i do i save a pic of a Total drama character go on paint(works on anything)then just color it and redo it and give it a name
