Agree, there got be a reason, why she was with him while she's in 사랑 with Stefan (that's if she really loves Stefan) but i don't think it's because she care for him, maybe other reason, the girl is totally a 암캐, 암 캐 to Damon
I think at first no, she was just using him, but now since watching 2x16 the last aired episode where he rejected her when she tried to come on to him, seeing that I kinda put a spark in Kathrine, like a 'oh i can get 당신 if i want' I think him telling her no, and that he doesn't want her will make her want him, if that makes sense. She realize that she does have some kind of feelings for him before it's over with but I look for Damon to be the one to kill her.

I do agree in a way, Katherine plays mind games. The fact that damon rejected her and showed a back bone turned her on. She wants what she can't have and Damon will kill her to protect Elena.
