I need help (a web help)

So here’s the story 또는 deal yesterday my network was working okay tip tip shape then right around 5:00 pm ish is when things stop working. I had help to work on my phone but nothing worked. It was confirmed that I had to much data, used a different network I,m not sure which. And that’s odd not only that my iPad doesn’t work either so do any of 당신 guys got any tips how to get the net to start working. (Btw I am using someone else phone.
