Well I'm totally open for discussion because I would 사랑 to hear other peoples opinions, but I think it's somewhat equal, but depends on the situation. For example, with the way 당신 dress, I would be leaning towards females because if 당신 wear something "short" 또는 "inappropriate" 당신 could be labeled a "slut" 또는 looked down upon 의해 other people even though the way 당신 dress shouldn't affect others. However, when a male dresses "feminine", the could be portrayed as weak and are told to be 더 많이 "manly". A similar thing to this is sometimes when a girl loses her virginity they are viewed as "impure", but when a male hasn't 로스트 his virginity, they could be seen as an incel 또는 also looked down upon for that. So like I said before I think it is mostly equal and just depends on the situation because each gender has its own expectations and stigmas they must overcome which all adds to their reputation. Although all these things in my opinion should be abolished and ended.
