As someone who has never really worked, Ill take this the person who leads versus the people who follow order, and I would say Boss.

Though with all the bonuses that come with not having as much responsibilities, 당신 also get the problem with having a lot 더 많이 restrictions.

Also its 더 많이 to my personality to prefer leading than following.

XD Well thats my not-very analyzed and thought out answer. Im too lazy to thoroughly think it through.

Boss.

I hate being told what to do. I'll work with people gladly, but I can't stand being told what to do.

Well to be honest there are perks to both sides. While being an employee 당신 don't have to much weighing on your plate while being the manager 당신 have to be in charge of not only yourself but your crew, your restaurant AND yourself! Although on the other hand being the boss rocks because 당신 don't have to do much and 당신 get to tell others what to do all day. So I like being both which I basically am because I am a senior assistant manager at Burger King so all the employees are under me but I have a boss as well so I'm kinda in the middle on this one! :D

employee...because it would be less stressful. You wouldn't have to be repsonsible for firing/letting people go.Yes,you would be making less money, but I couldn't handle the stress and all that responsibility that being the boss which comes with it.
