Happy 11-12-13 Everyone!!!!!so what r u guys gonna do to make this 일 memorable??
In my country we put the 월 first, but on our 11.12.13 (November 12th, 2013), a classmate of mine set her watch to 9:10 AM so she could say it was 9:10 on 11.12.13. XD
Well I'm kinda stuck doing science homework, but I got distracted with my e-mail, then I saw fanpop, then I changed my 프로필 then I wrote a story, then I.... gosh darn!! I keep getting distracted!! Oh well. I guess I'll procrastinate today.
My new 침대 arrived! My old one had a mattress that was ten years old and the 침대 frame had to be seventy years old at least, so it was devilishly uncomfortable. This new one is so comfortable!
haha i remember last 월 americans kept saying it was 11-12-13 like why would 당신 even put the 월 before the 일 idk
but all i did was watch 만화 and play pokemon today oh no

It makes 더 많이 sense. The most important information goes first, which is the month. Yuo can tell the general weather and the time of 년 with the month. The 날짜 and the 년 is insignificant compared to knowing the month.
but it also makes sense to put the smallest to the biggest? day/month/year... i dont see how the 월 is 더 많이 important than the actual 일 because thats when specific events happen?
LOL I don't see how it's important to put the 월 first. Chances are 당신 know what 월 you're freakin in! It's the 일 that 당신 generally want to find out first, hence why, many places list the 일 first. And smallest to biggest time totally makes 더 많이 sense too.
In the modern world, the precise 분 is important, but let's just think for most of human history. Days did not matter, nor did the year, but crops and monsoon seasons were very important and still are today. Months determine your season, and whether to harvest 또는 plant crops. 년 and 날짜 doesn't matter in the the rural world, which is as of now, most of the world!!!
Indeed, but we are living in a modern society which determines important events 의해 date. We are a society that lives in the now. Obviously both ways makes sense, it just depends which one 당신 were brought up with and are used to.
i still feel like months are actually the least useful because the weather can tell 당신 what time of the 년 you're in, though lately the weather has been unreliable, but even still certain events will always depend on the day. 할로윈 isn't the whole of october, it's on an actual 일 and for the 일 to be placed first would be 더 많이 obvious? (i hope im not sounding rude i usually have conversations like these to learn 더 많이 haha uou)
agreed dustydeer. For me (I'm not saying the other way is wrong but) I find the 일 most important. Say, I remember birthdates, I remember I have a test due on a certain date, I have so many days left of my holiday. For me, each 일 is 더 많이 important that the 월 it's in.
It is December, not November....and it's the 11th.
Wait do 당신 put the 일 first then the 월 middle where 당신 live?

She might live in a spanish country. They usually put the 일 before the 월 there even though that's weird. I was wondering the same thing so don't feel like the only one.
