Well, first I would stalk the weather channel about a week before the 날짜 to make sure that it's on a 일 that it's supposed to rain 또는 storm. Then I would suggest to the person that I'm going on a 날짜 with to go on a picnic outdoors. So while we're on the picnic, it would start raining. Then, after most of the 음식 is wet and ruined, I would suggest going to a restaurant that I know has the worst 음식 and possibly the worst service, and not use ANY of my 표, 테이블 manners. After we have a horrible meal and get annoyed 의해 a bad waiter, I would persuade the guy I'm with to pay the bill while being kind of a jerk about it and we would have to walk back to my 집 (it would be so lucky if it's still raining) and then right when we're about to say goodbye at my doorstep I would lean in like I'm about to 키스 him, but instead whisper in his ear and say "...your shoe's untied" then I would giggle, run in my house, and slam the door on him

...But I would never do anything like that, that would be just horrible XP
