I need your help.

I got a restraining order against my uncle. and we went to court and they got a LAWYER FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER! And they asked for 더 많이 time so we go back in october. And i dont know how to handle myself. I might break down yell punch, the list goes on. but him and the rest of his family are being jerks. I dont know how to handle myself in this situation! Can 당신 guys help me???? like some 조언 또는 help 또는 something PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep 또는 do anything.Can 당신 please help me?

whatever happand between 당신 and your uncle is between 당신 and him and the court...just try relaxing for a few 분 when 당신 feel overwhelmed find something to distract your thoughts on it and im sure your family is upset about this so that is probably why there 연기 the way they are (sorry if i wasnt much help)
