Writing, my dog, music, friends, God, and just sitting there, lifeless and staring at nothing and nobody can shake me out of it. I don't cry too much because not many care so I have to 곰 it. Meh:D
Good music. I listen to songs sung 의해 people with extremely soothing and quiet voices. I also listen to sad violin music. That always makes me feel peaceful, especially after I've been angry 또는 frustrated.

Nothing. I have to go through every last stage of my anger fit before I can function properly again, and that usually takes a while considering I go through a lot when I'm angry and I have so many different ways to get angry. It's taken me days to calm down to a functional point before.
