Do 당신 guys know any ways to cure depression/help someone sleep better?

I think i may be depressed, i have most of the symptoms... and i cant sleep at all, im not really hungry at all either. I'll go to 침대 at 10pm but i wont fall asleep til 5am. I normally eat small lunches, and skip breakfast... than barely eat any 공식 만찬, 저녁 식사 =\

Do 당신 guys know any cures for depression 또는 ways to help fall asleep easier?

For sleeping, I don't really know anything to help 당신 sleep. However, that's why the internet was created, so use it to your advantage to find a way for 당신 to sleep.

I understand it's difficult and that some people mistake depression for sadness, so I get where you're coming from.

If 당신 need to talk to me, I'm good at listening & conselling and I used to mentor the younger kids at high school :) xx

I don't eat breakfast either, but that's just because I am the opposite of a morning person and i'm definitely no morning eater. As for the depression....figure out what is depressing 당신 (if 당신 don't already know...) and then talk with someone about it who will listen and understand. (that should help :) )
