Anyway, on to the important stuff!
Overall, the drawing is very well done. I am currently admiring the folds in the clothing and the shape of the eyes, and the way the eyes are placed are even with one another, which is absolutely marvelous.
However!
Speaking in terms of proportions and perspective, the eye placement is off just a tad bit. The eyes should be a little 더 많이 to the left, and they should be at a bit 더 많이 of an angle. Also, the left eye should appear to be 더 많이 condensed than the right because of the general angle of the face in terms of perspective and proportions. Perspective and proportions are two of the most important elements of artwork.
Also, the ponytail has the appearance of coming directly from te side of his neck because of the placement; the tie he is using to hold his hair up is overlapping his neck, and it should be the opposite considering, again, perspective.
And on a secondary note, I would suggest not drawing on lined paper (though it's different with doodles and 랜덤 sketches) and perhaps not coloring it in with basic pencils. And scanners are a nice thing to have, too, although that can't always be helped.
And some 더 많이 detail in the hair would be a lovely asset Yo consider also. Try to focus not only on the shape but also the demonsions of the hair such as strands and such.
But overall, this is a fairly good drawing.
