Basically its a website where 당신 have your own website. 당신 post pictures, videos, anything and people follow you,=. It's basically a blog. If 당신 follow someone, their posts show up on your dashboard. It's really awesome.

and the entire Pophangover.com is basically a big TUmblr website.
