Does this annoy anyone else?

When a fanpopper (like 90% of them) will watch a video 또는 view a picture but NOT RATE IT! Ratings are practically the only way to win medals on spots. If the person takes the time to 업로드 it, then the person viewing it should take the time to rate it!

Ugh, sorry :] Just had to vent.
