Don't bother adding stuff unrelated 또는 something someone else already added because it's likely to be reported and deleted, so it would be a waste of time and energy.

Lol. I accidentally deleted my comment. But I've always thought it's the amount of content you've 게시됨 in ratio to the amount of people who "fan" it. *shrugs* The medal system is a mystery I suppose.
