Are 당신 talking about the medal dots? They're red, yellow, and green?
If so, then they are medals. Green equals Dedicated Fan; Yellow equals Die-Hard Fan; and Red equals Fanatic.
To get them 당신 have to post a lot of content to a particular spot and as 팬 become 팬 of your content... 당신 know, I'm not entirely sure how that works. I've never gotten one. But I do know that to get one 당신 have to post a lot of good content to a spot and the 더 많이 팬 that become 팬 of it, the greater your chances of earning a medal. I hope I helped.
