If somebody wanted to be 프렌즈 with someone, they would 팬 them so it would be easier to locate them 다음 time they wanted to talk 또는 share something, not to rub in the faces of the other users, which in my opinion defeats the whole point of being a "fan" if 당신 제출하기 something i like, then ill 팬 you, i dont 팬 anyone who asks for it without cause 또는 reason, i try to get to know someone first, cuz who knows, 당신 may be inviting stalkers with this! I wish 당신 luck but i wont 팬 당신 yet, besides, i believe ur already in my fanlist anyway!
