Uhm...well...this...um...err...uh...like...is a very good question. I do not think so. Plus,people aren't just born emo. They sometimes want to make a change and they choose to go emo. So,I don't think 당신 were born emo, if 당신 want to make that change go ahead,I have nothing against 이모 people. My sister loves black and according to her she doesn't want to be 이모 (or she isn't emo) So,no. If people called 당신 이모 and this doesn't help you, if 당신 insist, change your look. You're awesome just the way 당신 are!

To me, 이모 is 더 많이 of, "The way 당신 feel." Knowing the world isn't always a perfect place, that sometimes 사랑 dies. It really has nothing to do with the way 당신 look in my opinion.

I consider myself 이모 but I don't always wear black, and i've had my preppy moments before. But deep down, the way I think, it's considered emo.

If 당신 think your emo, go ahead and be emo. 당신 shouldn't care what we think. And 당신 shouldn't change just to fit a stereotype. 당신 shouldn't worry about being 이모 either. We're just like everyone else. I really hoped I helped 당신 out.

In my impression, I'm 'emo', but I don't cut myself. I have frizzy brown hair, I wear glasses, and I like wearing bright 색깔 and giggling. Doens't mean I'm automatically prep instead.
