Anjanette and her 프렌즈 had a fabulous time at the A Wave Tossed In the Ocean concert. The tickets Henry had gotten for them were for the very front row. They were close enough to see the band members' faces, and they even saw Jimmy wink at them from his drum set.

The crowd cheered again. Anjanette felt tears prick her eyes, but they were happy tears this time. She was grinning like she might never stop.
And after all that, their tickets also included backstage passes, so the 프렌즈 got to go talk to the band after the show was over. Anjanette spent nearly two hours talking to Jimmy about dogs, which he said were his biggest passion after music, and she told Les how much she loved "The Letter". She didn't outright tell him that it reminded her of her own dad, partly because she didn't want to pressure Les into talking about his past with her if he wasn't ready, but the look in Les's eyes suggested he understood.
Becky chatted happily away to Felix, sometimes glancing Ferdinand's way to see if he was jealous, but Ferdinand just rolled his eyes, smiled, and shook his head whenever this happened, clearly not feeling particularly threatened. Tammy was rather obviously flirting with Charles, who didn't seem to mind in the slightest and often seemed to be encouraging the attention. Ferdinand didn't seem to know where to start - he talked to every member of the band equally and asked them all a million 질문 about songwriting and 음악 technique and getting their first gigs, and Les, Jimmy, Felix, and Charles were 더 많이 than happy to tell him all they could.
At the end of the night, just before Anjanette's Uncle Bruce was due to show up and take them home, the band invited them to pose for a group 사진 for their social media, which they were all delighted to agree to. Most people didn't believe her when she told them that Paul is a purebred German Shepherd Dog. Leila didn't mind, though. She was aware that most people don't know that Shepherds can be blue, especially solid blue like Paul. Around 6:00 that evening, Leila, Greeley, Leila's aunt and uncle, and Paul arrived at the property. It was a nice 바닷가, 비치 house, and it was very pet friendly. They were all tired from their trip. After unpacking, they got 공식 만찬, 저녁 식사 and relaxed for the rest of the evening. A few hours later, they called it a night.
Leila and Greeley had just finished their first 년 of college. They were looking 앞으로 to the summer. Greeley asked, "What are 당신 going to do this summer, Leila?" She said, "I'm mostly going to relax and take it easy. What are 당신 going to do?" He said, "I think I'll do the same, but we should do some fun things this summer. Later, Leila texted Greeley and said, "My aunt and uncle and I are going to the 바닷가, 비치 this weekend. They said that I can bring one friend with me. I first asked Rita, but she can't come, because she's taking summer classes as well as taking on a summer job. Would 당신 like to come with us, Greeley?" He said, "I'd 사랑 to, Leila." She said, "Great!" He asked, "Is your dog, Paul, going too?" She said, "Of course he is." The two 프렌즈 were looking 앞으로 to their weekend getaway.
