It kind of seems like BELLA is 더 많이 the stalker doesn't it? Jake told her they couldn't be 프렌즈 and she just kept coming back.
But at first it does seem like Jake follows her a bit and 당신 know it they wont leave each other alone.

Truthfully, I think Bella is 더 많이 the "stalker" I mean, she kept clinging on to Edward (Never getting over him) and then she kept going back to Jacob even though she knew she loved Edward and when Jacob told her they couldn't be 프렌즈 she just kept going back.
so, neither of the boys were the stalker in that triangle
