I made these brownies first when Under My Skin was aired. I ate it all while watching the episode. It was an amazing experience and since then I call the cake Unofficial Huddy Brownies. Here is the recipe - with both US and metric measurements. Enjoy! :)
Unofficial Huddy Brownies
1 teaspoon 버터 to grease the baking sheet
100 g/3.5 oz dark chocolate
100 g/3.5 oz flour
100 g/3.5 oz sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons 코코아 powder
1 tablespoon coffee (liquid)
2 eggs
100 ml/3.4 fluid oz sunflower oil
a handful of 호두, 월 넛 (cutted to tiny pieces)
- preheat the 오븐 to 175 °C/347 °F
- lubricate a not to high (4 cm) baking sheet with the butter
- break the 초콜릿 in to small pieces, put it in a bowl with the flour, the sugar, the 코코아 powder and the baking powder
- put the coffee, the eggs and the oil in another bowl and mix it together with an eggbeater
- get the chocolate-flour mix and slowly put it in the coffee-egg mix; stir it with a 부엌, 주방 spoon
- pour the mixture in the baking sheet, sprinkle the 상단, 맨 위로 with 호두, 월 넛 and put it in the oven
- baking time 15-18 분 - the inside have to be creamy and not hard
