I need clarification on a certain spoiler...can anyone help? Thanks!

So a few of us are over in the huddy 포럼 discussing the last couple episodes of the season and someone mentioned that either "Baggage" 또는 "Help Me" is supposed to be a flashback. Can anyone 확인 a flashback? And if so which episode it IS in? It would be very helpful (especially for me, it'll keep me from hyperventilating! ;) Thanks a lot!

"Baggage" is promoted (including the press release) as a full flashback - everything in the ep is recollected 의해 House during a therapy session with Nolan. "Help me" is not exactly a flashback - it starts with 이미지 from a certain moment and then the narrative moves 8 hours back and we get to see what happens and how the situation unfolded.
