I don't think either of them will be classics

Harry potter will be a book people like, as will Twilight, but I doubt either of them would become classics.

Twilight: Vampires, girl loves boy, two boys one girl, nothing new there...

What do you mean by 'classic'?

Harry Potter has the potential to be a classic as it is liked by a large group age group and liked by both gender. Twilight doesn't have much of a chance to be a classic as it is only liked by a small age group and mostly girls.Storys that are classics have a bigger story then falling in love with a vampire and werewolf!

I think both do honestly but Harry potter has been well known and appricated for years now I dont think it'll be forgotten.

I'm not biased, and we never know, but think of the books written today, think of the style that may be considered classic in years to come? Neither really have much potential, but I think Harry Potter has more.

Harry Potter will easily become a classic. In a hundred years, it will still be popular and loved as it is today. Twilight will be forgotten in years.

I think, with its array of unforgettable characters and with an imaginary world as rich in detail as it is, Harry Potter has GREAT potential to be a classic.

Harry Potter can't even begin the process of becoming a classic until they stop with all the commercialism (The end of Pottermore and the demolishing of the amusement park). All that is the industry keeping it alive. We'll never even be able to make an accurate guess until the books have the change to stand strong on their own.

I think that Harry Potter will probably still be popular for 5, maybe 10 years, maybe longer. Same with Twilight, but I'm not sure if any of them can become classics.
