Why do we 토론 over HP and Twiight?

Because opinions are the only thing that can be debated -- there's a Finnish saying: "Opinions can't be debated". which is bullshit, because opinions are the only thing that CAN be debated, because 2+2=5 no matter what 당신 personally think.

I guess it's because they're the most 인기 책 for teenager at the moment. And it didn't help that on one of the Twilight 책 it said 'Move over Harry Potter...' because that just made it worse for HP fans. It has gone a bit to far though in all honesty. :) x

Anyways... We 토론 primarily because it is fun to us, some of us 토론 because they are genuinely worried over the sanity and level of civilization of some of the fans. Yet 더 많이 are debating to defend their fandom from a perceived threat, I quote two well known 인용구 here that is supposed to be on the back cover of some Twilight books: "Twilight is the new Harry Potter." "Move over for Twilight Harry Potter."
And to some Harry Potter fans, this is offensive to them. 더 많이 feel like they have been unfairly treated when their fandom is compared to Twilight, which has some morals we do not condone...
I personally, debates for the fun and to hone my logical reasoning, other's may have other reasons why they're here. ^^

Because we want to, just like all the people who started all those other versus spots want to.

They are different and they have nothing in common except the fact that they sell well and they are fantasy.
The media compared them and we ended up comparing them.
