Now siriusly, I would like a logical response to this argument:
The hotness of Edward (substitute character for taste), is irrelevant to the discussion because it is a failure of logic to prove logically that a series has quality from the personal axiom that Robert Pattinson (substitute, again, for your personal taste) is hot. The two notions are mutually incompatible with each other and to use them to prove each other is non sequitur for the films.
Regarding Edward and the books, it is certainly 더 많이 related, but it is still a fallacy. Just because a certain occurence inside a series demostrates wanted behaviour does not mean that the entire series is, also, demostrating the wanted behaviour. In context: Just because Edward may be hot to some persons does not mean the entire Twilight series is hot, does it?
I always assault such an argument from this angle, but never get a response to it.
