I just read the Percy Jackson series.

Oh. My. GODS. 당신 just dissed Percy Jackson, the best series ever!!!! (yeah, HP fans, I went there). Go to Tartarus.

Okay, that was a bit of an over-reaction, but here are some things I'd like to point out:

- Twilight does have big words (who told 당신 that they didn't have big words?), but they are often overused 또는 used incorrectly.

- Percy Jackson does not have many big words, and yet it's better than Twilight. Why? Because of the intricate plot, the 글쓰기 style, the little jokes that make 당신 crack up, the brilliant adaption of Greek mythology, and the unforgettable characters (Nico kicks all the Twilight characters to the curb in my opinion).

- Which HP fan? Is it... *DUN 암갈색, 암 갈색 DUN* me???? No, siriusly, I wanna know.

Twilight does have big words in it, as does Harry Potter, the difference is that HP uses big words correctly and fluidly. Twilight uses them like SMeyer wanted to sound impressive 의해 using big words. Big words do not a good book make. As for the quality of typing shown 의해 both fandoms, it's not necessarily the punctuation and grammar, but the words and thoughts behind them. I know it's not true for all of them, but lots of Twihards say things like "OMG EDWRED!!!1" while most of the Potterheads who have less than stellar grammar still have reasonable thoughts, i.e. "even tho edward is hot i think hp is bettr cuz it has plot," I find this much 더 많이 useful to the HP vs. TL debate.

Would the bad typer be me? 또는 is it who Im thinking of? Anyways, I can count myself out of this one because I dont like Percy Jackson that much, first book cool others in my opinion not so much.

Well, I haven't read Percy Jackson yet (I plan to though) but I'll answer anyway. Twilight does have big words, it's just they are not used well, and they sound like they were taken right out of the thesaraus, because half the time they don't make sense in the context they are used (ex. Chargin nuff said) Sooooo, just out of curiosity, who is the bad HP speller?

I only read the first PJO book, so I'm basing my answer off that book alone.

Yes, it did not use many big words, but it had an amazing plot. I've never said Twilight was bad because it didn't use big words. I've never seen anyone say that either, but I'm not saying that I don't believe you. The reasons I'll give for not liking Twilight are no character development, no action, plot, all things Percy Jackson does have.

And one 팬 doesn't use proper grammar? Well, there will be at least one in each fandom, no matter what it is.

If you're saying it sucks, then I agree.

Why it sucks:
- It's childish
- It has a very weak plot that basically repeats itself book after book
- Percy Jackson is a Gary-Stu.

Hmm...I haven't read the Percy Jackson series, personally. So I couldn't compare it to Twilight 또는 HP, really. *Shrug*

Using lengthy language does not make the book. It does not matter how big a vocabulary there is in a book. What kind of a bookworm cares about word size? I care about good characters and plot development. (Which I happen to find quite evident in all three series.) x)...Big Words...
