Twilight fans, give us some real reasons

Twilight fans, we want to know why 당신 think Twilght is better than Harry Potter, we want to hear some real reasons backed up 의해 facts from the books, we want 당신 to explain yourselves. The reason 당신 guys are always made fun of is because 당신 never provide any facts to back up your argument, and it comes across as childish.

DO NOT use a character's physical appearence as a reason, and try not to give shallow easily debatable reasons. If 당신 want people to stop making fun of you, than 당신 need to stop giving people reasons to make fun of you. So why is Twilight better? Speak up, and provide facts to back yourselves up.

2. At least everyone's not obsessing over how hot zombies are.

3. The storyline COULD have been interesting, if it wasn't written 의해 such a fail author. I bet if a monkey wrote it, you'd like it.

4. It increases our knowledge on literature. Like the show "What Not to Wear", 당신 can learn what not to read, and avoid Mary-Sue infested 책 in the future.

5. They 광고 Italy. Come on, HP didn't mention Italy at all. And I like Italy. Even though my Italian teacher is a total bitch.

6. It got me into Buffy. Well, it was partly Twilight and partly Bones... but still. Buffy is too epic to even put in words.

7. It inspired people to broaden their artistic talent and computing skills (e.g. the Toilet pic)

8. Potato doesn't REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY hate it. He just REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY hates it. That's one REALLY short.

yeah! it got me into Buffy to because i wanted to know how other people portrayed vampires, so i watched Buffy, read alot of vampire 책 and i then realised how shit Twilight was

I did give Twilight a chance, I read all 4, and saw the 1st movie, and didn't like them, but it's only my opinion be calm about it.

Yeah. I was an honest-to-Primus Twihard. But the 영화 made me look back at the 책 and realize, I really didn't like them as much as I thought I did.

The one reason I 사랑 it because, (I know this could sound weird,) but Twilight is kinda like my movie I like 2 watch 의해 myself when I want 2 또는 I am bored because it's like a my own movie. Harrypotter is one to watch when all my family are together and we are all watching it on a good 일 to put us in a family moment. Thats one reason I like.

A. Twilight has characters with depth. I'm not talking about Edward and Bella, but Rosalie and Alice.
B. IT HAS A PLOT. The 글쓰기 isn't the best, and even I will admit that there are things that should be changed, but the plot isn't ALL that bad.
C. I 게시됨 this in the 1000 reasons why Twilight is better than HP spot, but I'll say it again: It has love. NOT Edward and Bella's 'love', but Rosalie and Emmett's love, and Alice and Jasper's love.
D. It turned me on to reading. I NEVER read, but since I read Twilight (and Harry Potter) I've been 읽기 a lot more.

I do like this, and 당신 do a good job backing up your case. I just don't understand why Rosalie and Alice and all of the other small characters were not backed up with 더 많이 plot. Yes, the 사랑 that is between Rosalie and Emmett may be true, but it was not played up to an adequate level. 의해 having the main characters of the book shallow, and 의해 having them be involved with the 'wrong type of love', then I don't understand the appeal that these this series brings. But again, I applaud your dedication and I wish there were 더 많이 팬 like 당신 that would comment.

Did 당신 read the question? The "hottnes" of characters do not count as real reasons. Why? Because 1) it's shallow and 2) everyone thinks differnt things are attractive. For example: I think there are only two hot guys in Twilight and about ten in Harry Potter.
