뱀파이어 sparkle?

why did Meyer make her 뱀파이어 sparkle?
i mean they're not even vampires
all she's done is thought about what a vampire is and completely changed it!

She could of spelt it differently like P.C. Cast did
또는 based the story on a different type of vampire, from different folklore like Richelle Mead
또는 changed bits but kept most of it the same like Rachel Caine and Joss Whedon

so then, what are the Cullens?

I consider the Cullens to be a deformed version of Johnny (Johnny is a guy at my school who wears body glitter, keeps to himself, and -I'm not lying- lives in a 선실, 캐빈 in the woods behind the campus).
