What's the name of this anime?"

*Looks like it could be a late 90s/early 2000s anime.

*Plot has something to do with ghost cats, which a bunch of girls capture with sutras.

*One of the girls dresses like a man; a white suit with a hat. In the dubb, she has a gangster accent.

*There's only 1 guy. The girls are mean to him & make him carry all their stuff.

*It might be an Unwanted Harem anime, where the guy wishes all the women would get lost, kinda like Happy Lesson.
