I can't really decide who is best, but this is the order that I saw their respective animes:
Louise, Nagi, Taiga, and Shana!

For those who might not know, and/or just beause I want to list them, there is Taiga laying on Nagi's lap, whom is 읽기 a manga, I think, and Louise and Shana having 차 together at the 표, 테이블 in the background.

Too bad Nymph wasn't added to the picture, she'd make a great forest fairy. ^-^
