Season 1 is actually pretty tame compared to the rest of the seasons. In terms of killing and torture, etc. But it's still an incredibly fantastic season. Television's best and most original season/tv series ever. It's not my favorite 24 season but it's the first soooo it has a special place.

2. Definitely. Seasons 5 and 7 are VERY close behind though. I cannot find words to express how much LOVE I have for season 2.
