Prologue-
호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 broke away from her 키스 with Sam at the sound of the voice over her comm unit.
"Be right there." she said.
She looked at Sam and could tell immediately something bothered him.
"What?" she asked. "What is it?"
"Nothing," Sam said after a moment.
"Something is wrong." 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 said, looking in Sam's blue eyes.
"It's nothing." Sam said.
"Uh-huh" 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 replied unbelievingly.
Sam went for his mask, but 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 caught his wrist. "Oh no 당신 don't." she said. "Sam talks to me before Revenge leaves."
Sam sighed. "You'll know when 당신 get there. I hoped it wouldn't come to this." he slid on his mask and left.
Artemis raised an eyebrow as he exited Holly's room, but he waved her out of his mind.
"Recognized, Red Revenge. B-13." the computer rang out.
"Wait! Where are 당신 going?" 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 asked.
"Home." Revenge replied as he zeta beamed out of the cave.
호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 walked over to the zeta-beam transporter and typed in something before stepping into the tube.
"Recognized, Courage. B-12" the computer rang out. A moment later, 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 was on the Watchtower. She walked down the metal hallways. The view from the 우주 station was amazing. Unfortunately, she couldn't worry about that right now. The Justice League had asked for her personally, and she had to get to the briefing room.
When she walked in, she was totally in awe. Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman and Hawkwoman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, & Flash were sitting at a big round 표, 테이블 with the JLU logo in the middle.
"Courage." 배트맨 said, standing up.
"Yes, sir?" 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 asked.
"The Justice League has voted about your position on the Team." 배트맨 said.
'Uh-oh' 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 thought.
"Five of us voted to kick 당신 off." 배트맨 said. "Four to keep you. So we're tied."
"Tied?" 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 asked, redoing the math a few times in her head.
"My vote counts as two." 슈퍼맨 said with a helpful smile.
"Because of this, 당신 get a chance to prove yourself." Manhunter said, standing up.
"Prove myself?" 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 asked.
"In a mission. If 당신 succeed, 당신 stay on the Team." Manhunter said.
"If I lose?"
"You are banned." 배트맨 said. "Permanently."
