Sorry I haven't written anything in forever! Summer is not the time for me. But here's a small something for ya.
He hadn't meant for this to happen. He wasn't meant to start loving her; she just clawed her way in. He had found her during a particular night time rounds. She was sleeping in a cardboard box in the back of a shipping warehouse. That was the reason he was there after all; she was having a nightmare. It wasn't the first one she'd had, but one of the worst. So he'd come to take care of it. At first, he couldn't believe his eyes, she was so small. Her body fit in the box perfectly, though not without some aches come morning. Her black hair was short and choppy, as if she'd cut it herself and she probably had. She was clutching her tail tightly, breathing far to hard to be pleasant dream. Her cheeks were red and damp with tears. A strange impulse overtook him and he soothed her hair. She moved but didn't waken. He sighed and closed his eyes to look into her dream.
It was a dark world, stained with crimson blood. Three others were there and he watched as her sub conscious watched her dream self. It was not what he expected, seeing a dream version of her killing the other three in cold blood. He could feel her 심장 pounding and it wasn't seeped in darkness like most people's; in fact, it was almost innocently clean. He pulled out of the dream and leaned in close to her. He took a deep breath, absorbing her dream and fear. He removed his hand from her hair and watched as her body soothed into comfort and peaceful dreams. He removed his 코트 and placed it over her. Laughter filled him when he noticed that she was indeed too small to fit even in that. He stood and walked to the nearest wall. With one look back at her, he left.
