Twila-Civie style

History: Twila was not born with her gifts. She was born the only child to her parents, both scholars of history and English. One day, there was a horrible earthquake and Twila's parents, who had been away, were killed. Twila was sent to live with her aunt in New York. Being of one of the wealthier residents, she lived in luxury. But Twila was not like the others at her school and works hard for herself. Her aunt's wealth is something Twila despises and she keeps to herself. Twila and her aunt fight constantly because of the two different lifestyles. One day, Twila is too fed up with her extended family and heads outside her aunt's grounds. She was kidnapped and held for ransom. Despite getting the money, her kidnapper shot her. Twila was fatally wounded. When she was sure she was going to die, Twila met a powerful entity who made her a deal. Twila would live and, in exchange, the power of the 콘도르, 콘도 르 entity would be Twila's burden. Desperate to save others from what she had been through, Twila agreed. She did recover but at a cost. With her body restored to her perfect health, she now had to train her mind in 더 많이 ways than she thought possible. She goes 의해 Lunar because her mother always said Twila was her little lunar.
Notes: Twila is not an open person. She is independent and hard working but doesn't allow people into her heart. She feels they will see the real person and leave her. Twila is constantly insecure about herself and is even afraid of how some boys may treat her. Her kidnapper also had raped her so Twila is afraid of being in dark places with boys and even girls a little. Despite her insecurities, Twila is loyal and dependable. If she sees someone in trouble, she helps. Twila may be a bit drawn back but she has a sassy side to her. She loves to 디자인 clothing and will give away what she designs freely. If Twila isn't careful with how much power she doesn't use, she could wind up going insane.
Twila-Hero stume
"Quite impressive." A voice whispered in Revenge's ear.
Revenge kept his masked eyes forward. "Yes. Quite. 당신 secured things on your end, partner?"
"Yes,"
"Good, now we let the two sides fight it out."
A 봉고차, 반 screeched up in front of Alpha Squad. Gas flew out of the 봉고차, 반 and in a few seconds, the entire team was unconscious. Masked men walked out and threw the teens into the back of the van.
Sam flew unconscious into the van. A shadowy figure landed 다음 to the men.
"Missed one." the female said.
The men nodded and got back in the 봉고차, 반 before driving off.

"Revenge was right." Nightwing said, looking up from the computer screen. "They were sophisticated robot-fleshlings."
Revenge, with his recently repaired costume, looked at the diagram. "Exactly what I thought." he said.
Before Nightwing could inquire what the Black Hero meant, the zeta-tube warmed up.

"Who--?"
"Recognized: Kid Flash. B-03."
Wally stumbled out of the zeta-tube at super-speed and fell down in front of Nightwing.
"Whoah buddy." Nightwing said, laughing. "Slow down!"
"Revenge was right." Nightwing said, looking up from the computer screen. "They were sophisticated robot-fleshlings."

Ability-
일 unlike her brother is not a meta. She works with blades and hand to hand combat. She often uses her mouth to get what she wants and feeds lies to the enemy. She can set traps and is a great pickpocket.
Weakness-
She's to loud. To arrogant, She likes being flash and competitive about her surroundings. She is also a little sister which means she pushed her brother to the limit. Since he is a meta she sometimes feels that she has to beat him at stuff.
History-
Her father ran off shortly after she was born. Her mother committed suicide when she was 8. She doesn't remember her mother much because the woman was not a constant in her young life. She mostly remembers Caleb raising her.
