“Wow...” I breath out. This place was amazing, so many hallways and rooms hidden inside a freaking mountain! I have to jog to keep up with Nightwing, the handsome leader of Young Justice, the first Robin. This man was a living legend, who really lives up the the legend. I could see the walls turned from shiny silver metal to a dull grey metal, there was literally fuse marks in a shard-like shape, as if someone had took two pieces and welded them together. My eyes grow wide and a crazed grin comes over my face.
“Are we in the wing that wasn't blow up 의해 Black Manta?!” I said giddily. Nightwing looks over his shoulder and gives a small smile, that looked forced.
“Yeah. 당신 really did your homework!” He said feigning enthusiasm. My smile dulls, what’s up with this guy? The 더 많이 we walked down the old halls of Mount Justice, the 더 많이 sad and worn out he seemed. He seemed older and I could practically see his eyes darken, apparently he used to wear glasses constantly, I thought that bit of history was kind of stupid. Why would someone always wear dark glasses for? Nightwing stopped suddenly and I almost crash into him.
“Here we are.” He said gesturing to the door, he punches in a code in the keypad. I stare in the dark room, a plume of dust rising from the sudden gust of wind from the hallway. It looked like no one had been in there for years. I look at Nightwing, extreme confusion in my face.
“This was D- someone’s room,” His eyes were dark and deep. “They’re no longer with us. The room has an enchantment over it.” He explained quickly. “It should help with your memory attacks.” The ROOM will help my attacks? Best. Room. Ever! My grin comes back, after twelve years of painful flashes of other people’s memories, a dusty room will fix them?
“Really?!”
“Yeah. The girl who lived in this room had powers similar to yours. Welcome to the team, Nicolette!” He said his smile less forced, Nightwing walked off, relieved to leave the room apparently. I stare at the closed door and throw my backpack on the bed, another plume of dust rising, causing a coughing fit. My coughs only rose 더 많이 dust.
“Aalamalreash!” I growl under my voice, suddenly the room gets covered in a gold light and the old lamps flicker to life, the dust gets wiped away and the holes in the fabric around the room get patched.
“There. Better.”

“AH!!!” I shriek, raising my glowing fist at a laptop that was sitting on the grey desk. I lower my fist, sighing. Apparently my burst of magic had booted up the dead computer. I cast a small look at the room. It was nothing special, just a room painted white that was peeling in a few places. I bit my lip and sit down in the center of the room, closing my eyes.
Someone else used to live here? Well lets take a little look.

I flick my eyes open and everything is hazy. I can see the same room with the closed door, but everything is different. For example the room looks like something out of a magazine. The four walls are black and white, the 상단, 맨 위로 half black and the bottom white, with a blue spiky line separating the colors. While all the furniture are in a sleek modern black and white with blue pulsing LED accents. There was a large monitor and laptop on the desk, while behind it here was a black drum set. It wasn't hard to tell this girl’s 가장 좋아하는 color scheme. The girl herself was sitting on her 침대 with a camera around her neck as she flicked through her pictures. Her hair was jet black with bright blue streaks in the front, which matched her sapphire eyes. She was thin but fit, like a gymnast. Earbuds where deep in her ears as she bobbed her head to music.
She didn't look like a hero at all.
더 많이 like a regular teenage girl. There was a knock on the door, the girl looked up and pulled an earbud out.
“Yeah?” Her voice was light yet heard, a strange mix. Her accent was definitely American, possibly Chicagoan 또는 Gothamite.
“Yo! Del open up!” The girl rolled her eyes before rolling on her back and going back to her camera.
“You know the damn code!” She replied.
“You changed it! Again!” The voice was obviously male, probably older than the girl on the bed.
“Go suck face with Kyra 또는 something!” She replied with a smirk. I stifle a small laugh, I was liking this girl already.
“Christ! Delta! Just open the door!”
“Make me!” The girl replied in a sing-song voice. There was an audible groan outside.
“Come onnn!”
“What’s the magic word, Eppy?” Delta said ‘Eppy’ in a high pitched voice, like it was the largest insult in existence.
“Please?”
“Nope.”
“Come on!”
“Nuh-uh!”
“Ugh! Forget it! This isn't even worth it!” There was heavy footsteps as the person retreated. Delta grinned and pulled a remote from under her, she pressed a small key and the door slid open. A mop of blonde hair poked through the door.
“You're a little troll, 당신 know that?” He said scowling. My breath hitched, damn that boy was attractive. He had golden blonde hair with stunning crystal blue eyes. His features were soft yet tough, similar to the girl’s voice. A strange mix of both. He wore a nice white 칼라 셔츠 with jeans and Converse. It should be illegal to wear something like that and look like him at the same time. The girl obviously wasn't impressed though.
“Flattery will get 당신 nowhere, Eric.” Delta said smirking. The boy rolled his eyes and looked at her.
“Bat’s wants to talk to you.” He replied.
“You do know 당신 could have just told me through the door right?”
“I- uh...ERG! Just go talk to Bat’s ok!” He said storming out.
“Someone’s high-strung! Going on a 날짜 with Fin-Fin?” Delta called out to the teen with a laugh.
“Shut up!” The voice called out, confirming the girl’s suspicions. The girl rolled out of her 침대 with a laugh and walked out of the room.

I open my eyes and I see the white room. A happy sigh leaves my lips. If Young Justice had people like that? Then everything would be worth it. But my 심장 sinks when I remembered what Nightwing said.
“D-someone LIVED here.”
“They’re no longer with us.”
The girl has BLACK hair and BLUE eyes. And the dead look in his eyes when he looked at the room? There was never anything in the history 책 that mentioned a ‘Delta’ 또는 an ‘Eric’ and there was definitely no mention of Nightwing having a sister. Now that she thought about it there was no ‘Fin’ 또는 ‘Kyra’ either. Strange. I went over to the computer, there was a file open.

A video window pops up, Delta’s face is looking down before she peers at the camera.

“Wow. This piece of 정크 actually works. Impressive.” She said raising an eyebrow. For some reason I feel like I’m the one being insulted.
“Ok. Er..what’s today..February 14 2012. Today we actually had a mission-” Delta said before getting interrupted 의해 a voice.
“Why do 당신 mean ‘actually’?” The girl rolled her eyes and looked behind her, the room was grey, not its crazy black/white/blue scheme.
“Well sooooorry, if I don’t count battling Killer 나방, 나 방 a actual mission.”
“It counts!”
“He tripped over his cape before we even got a chance to fight him!!” I give a laugh and start watching the rest of the logs.

Delta’s face was gaunt and tired, she looked at the camera weakly. Her surroundings were metallic and the camera was shaky.
“Today. Today is when it all ends.” Delta swallows and looks around her. “I’m going back to Cadmus. I need to. This is how it ends.”
“I don’t know who is watching this.”
“But I need to say goodbye to some people.” Delta looks up from the 표, 테이블 and straight at the camera.
“Just keep skipping till 당신 hear your name 또는 don’t...” I stare at the paused screen, Delta’s face wasn’t like in the other logs, she looked tired yet relieved. Like a person who was finally able to go to sleep after a long day. I speed up the video until the background changes. Delta’s face is no longer there. Instead it’s Nightwing’s.
“M-May 14 2016.” His voice was shaky and his eyes were rimmed with red. “T-today....” He stopped himself and closed the laptop, the webcam shutting down. The 다음 log has a teenage girl instead.
“May 14 2017. I can’t believe it. It’s been a year.” The girl had puffy eyes and she wiped at her dry sapphire eyes. “I just want her back...” I 제비, 삼키기 tears and watch the rest of the logs.

All the video’s end. I check my watch. I’ve been sitting here for hours. I stand up, my mind dead. I press a button 다음 to the door, letting it slide open. I walk down the halls.

There was a large room. There was two guitars, a bass, a drumset, a piano, a recording booth, and a DJ turntable. I slowly walk over to the 피아노 and sing softly while pressing my finger on the keys slowly. Thinking off all the stories of the fighters of Young Justice.
