I dont know but my guess is; It simpaly wasnt 인기 enough.

there were 더 많이 shows that had to get on tv so they erased W.I.T.C.H

they took witch off tv because, they wanted 더 많이 shows but there wasnt enough time so they took out the least popular. remember witch was still very new and few knew about it so there weren't many people watching it

Because they are stupid besides 디즈니 don't care about witch anymore!! :(
