How do 당신 earn a dedicated 팬 badge? (Or something like that.)

당신 can earn a medal 또는 badge 의해 contributing links, images, videos, 기사 etc. But 당신 can also earn them 의해 rating things and starting active 포럼 topics and/or picks.
