add lots of people to your 팬 list 의해 going to their profiles and scrolling down on the left side of the screen until 당신 find 'Add to 팬 List', then click on it. they will be added to your 팬 list, and if they want to become 팬 with you, they will 확인 your request and 당신 are likely to recive a message in return stating that.
as for medals...almost all the medals that 당신 are gonna get are going to be from props people give 당신 for images, comments, etc. there are medals that are given to 당신 if 당신 rate items (ask me about that later in a message 또는 something) 당신 can also get medals if 당신 manage to invite people from other social websites successfully. if 당신 have any 더 많이 questions, add them as a 코멘트 below my answer. :)
