Chapter Fifteen
I heard the door open to my sister’s room. I sat up immediately, and Miele did the same after pausing the movie we were watching. She was smiling and I had never seen her so happy. I asked her so how did your 날짜 go? She grabbed a ponytail holder to tie up her hair as she said it was amazing and he proposed. The three of us squealed loudly as she showed us her engagement ring after our hug. She told every little detail from where he took her and all the steps leading up to the proposal. Chapter Sixteen
In the morning the three of us got up together. We decided we would spend the whole 일 shopping and just doing stuff sisters do. Mom and dad were thrilled and gave them hugs before moving onto the subject of the engagement party. Flora agreed and Helia said as long as it makes her happy I don’t care. I was excited because that meant we could go buy new ball gowns, so after finishing our meal we called for the limo to take to the mall. We went to a dress 샵 and as soon as we walked in we each found a dress we fell in 사랑 with immediately. Miele’s was a short bubble white dress with a purple sash that tied in the back. My dress was a 차 party length retro style white dress with a sweetheart neckline and a purple orchid on the waistband. While Flora’s dress was a sweetheart neckline, form fitted, floor length, and black with a small 담홍색, 핑크 belt. After buying our dresses, we hit all the little boutiques, the salon and the 음식 court before heading back 집 with our many shopping bags. Back at the palace we head back up to my sister’s room. I looked at my sister and something was wrong, so I sat on the 침대 and asked sis, what’s wrong 당신 don’t seem yourself? She sat 다음 to me along with Miele before replying I’m worried about this party. What happens if my 프렌즈 think that I just ditched them and don’t want to be my 프렌즈 again? I looked at the concern in her eyes before saying sis, they are your best 프렌즈 and they will welcome 당신 back with open arms because I’m sure if they were in your shoes the same would have happen. She smiled and gave me a hug as she said thanks for being such a great sis and being strong for everyone. The three of us then talked forever before cleaning up and heading down to dinner. After that the night came to an abrupt end, I stayed in my sister’s room again because the only way someone is going to get to her is over my dead body.

I woke up to the sound of laughter. I scanned the room before noticing my sister and soon to be brother-in-law watching TV together. At that point all three of us laughed. I sat up and asked so what are the plans for today. Flora flipped her hair over her shoulder before saying mom said we get to start planning the party. From the decorations to the 음식 which will take all of today and tomorrow. I sighed at I undid the braid in my hair to put my hair up in a ponytail before heading to my room to get dressed. As much as I 사랑 parties, I really hate planning them. Also balls are the worst because everyone always has a 날짜 to dance with and I only have myself to dance with. I really hope someday I can find someone who loves me as much as Helia loves my sister. For the first two hours we tasted probably about fifty different meals, then we got to look at like a thousand different draperies, 표, 테이블 cloths, napkins and center pieces, and once that was over we got to listen to every available band and DJ. Once the clock stroke seven o clock, we all headed to 침대 early because of the stressful 일 of making sure everything is where it needs to be for the ball two days from now.
