'Vampire Diaries' Casting News: Is Damon Getting A 사랑 Interest?

ou know what they say about "The Vampire Diaries," when one character gets killed off, another one is just waiting in the wings (okay, so maybe only we say that).

Just yesterday, we brought 당신 the news that a character on the show was getting axed, but today we're getting word that another one is set to 가입하기 the cast—and we've got a feeling, she's going to be trouble!

Zap2It is reporting that Lauren Cohan ("Supernatural") has been cast as Rose, a "tough, sexy" vampire who will likely catch Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) eye (we feel your pain Dalena fans, but it's about time the guy got a legit 사랑 interest!).

That's not all though; the site also reports that Rose, who is over 500 years old and apparently very "elegant," will make her first appearance in episode eight, which is simply titled "Rose" (we're guessing that episode will be filled with 더 많이 thorns than petals). Zap2It's 출처 had this juicy tidbit to offer about the new gal in town: "Maybe there's some humanity left in her—have fun finding it." Could Damon have finally met his match?

Are 당신 excited for Rose to 가입하기 the cast? How do 당신 feel about Damon possibly getting a new 사랑 interest?

Veronica ordered them to stop in front of a stake. In the center there was a big pole where they were being tied onto.
“Where’s Elena?” Damon begged to know.
“She’s with her brother” Veronica replied.
“Don’t hurt her. She’s sick” Damon appealed.
“She’s just a girl. It’s not her fault she’s the doppelganger. She wouldn’t hurt a fly. She’d sacrifice herself for her loved ones anytime” Stefan tried to reason with Veronica.

Sheesh, Jer, how much 더 많이 proof do 당신 need that the guy loves you? Seriously though, it’s all well and good to say that Damon only cares about Elena’s happiness and that’s why he’s protecting Jeremy – and the mark. But nobody can pretend there is anything selfish about it anymore. He laid down his life. Three times. First with Kol, who for all he knew wouldn’t have been smart enough to compel him and would simply have offed him to get him out of the way. Let’s face it, it’s Kol. He wanted to kill Matt for shits and giggles.

Though visiting 시간 was long over, it didn’t stop Stefan from sneaking into Elena’s bedroom. Elena had fallen asleep shortly after Bonnie had left. Stefan had expected Damon to be in the room, but Elena happened to be alone.
Stefan walked to the 침대 and sank down on it. Elena, sensing his stare, opened her eyes and frowned.

Damon still fell short of words and so Derek went ahead. “Veronica was Kelsey’s best friend. They met on college and she came visit Kelsey on daily basis. Since I was seeing Amber I had contact with Veronica, too. When Kelsey died Veronica came to this town for the funeral. She knew I was here and she contacted me. She said that if I really loved Amber I would do anything to kill the creature that killed her”

Stefan’s 사랑 is conditional

Now before all 당신 crazy on me, I’m not trying to bash Stefan 또는 anything it’s just something that I noticed throughout the 4 season of the series so bare with me till the end then 당신 can argue as much as 당신 want.

So let’s just look back to 1864, when Stefan & Damon meet Katherine for the first time, both boys feel for instantly and both had a relationship with her, it’s wasn’t that long that she showed/told what she really is a vampire, and it seemed like both boys have accepted for what/who she really is until their father informed them that he and rest of the council are hunting...
