I think this word kinda covers a lot of essentials in human being. About the soul. Passion can be behind any emotion. Line Angelus from Buffy the Vampire Slayer said in the end of one episode: "Without passion we'd be truly dead." (And a sidenote; I think Erik gives a hell of a lot more meaning to that than your typical human being. :P)

Well, with that said, the option "indiscribable" would be the most suiting and not "perfect". I mean, if we are discussing general, but of course this pick is about each of us personal views.

"Indescribable" is preferably the best choice in my opinion on Erik. He is just... so many things that it is difficult to decide on one word for him. "Perfect" wouldn't be quite accurate, since no human being is perfect (you have to remember his disfigurement and actions in any version). We all make mistakes after all. Although, "genius" seems to fit the whole picture very well (not just "musical genius"), due to Erik's many talents.

I think my word for him would most accurately be 'complicated'. He is perfect to me but it's the complexity of his character that enthralls me.
