for my i think he's being blackmailed into being on the A Team to keep not just Spenc safe but Em too.

He is so prottetive over Spencer. He would do anythig for her safe.

At first I thought it couldn't be true, but now I'm thinking its kinda genius. In s1 everyone thought he was A but then we all trusted him, but it could've been all an act. I'd feel bad for Spence though...

He isn't A but he does work for the A-Team which sucks because I really like him :(

I think that Mona and the rest of the unknown -A Team are too smart to let an outsider they couldn't trust enter in the team. If Toby is really in, then is in for good (in this case for bad)

Honestly I'm not too sure what Toby's intentions are as A..but I really hope this is the case with him.

I understand why he would hate Allison and want to be apart of the team, but he doesn't hate the girls. He has become friends with all of them and he loves Spencer, so if he is really apart of the A team and out to get the girls I think the writers are making a huge mistake and the story line is going to be bad.

I think that it was a really genius plan, to get close to one of the girls, to gain their trust, to seem like a innocent victim in this situation and while doing that spy on the girls and know all of their decisions and tactics. I think that that's why he was so mad at Spencer for keeping secrets about Jason and other stuff away from him, he just didn't like the fact that he didn't have all the inside information...
So yeah that's what I think... As I said, it's a really genius, but evil plan... I already feel bad for Spencer... :(
