When I was a kid, Pokemon figures like 피카츄 were the new, hot thing 의해 the time Pokemon came out in 1998. So I started to collect dozens of the little plastic toys like Poliwag as well as Pokemon 책 and Pokemon cards like Charmander and, with my 프렌즈 and my brother, recreated the movies. We even made up our own Pokemon stories, turning Squirtle into a Blastoise long before Pokemon X & Y for 닌텐도 3DS had certain Pokemon like Lucario show off Mega Evolutions in the games as well as Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

But the one thing we could never do was actually bring out Pokemon toys to life if there will be another main series Pokemon game 다음 년 which happens to be Pokemon Sun and Moon. Sure, imagination is a great thing, and I encourage children to play with Pokemon toys like Chespin and make up their own Pokemon adventures, too, but there's something mind-blowing about taking your Pokemon toy and seeing it appear on your Pokemon video game for 닌텐도 3DS.

Enter Nintendo's Amiibo. So last year, 닌텐도 tapped into this with the amazing Amiibo figures so they can make it compatible with games like Super Smash Bros. For 닌텐도 3DS/For Wii U and Mario Kart 8. The very thought of picking up an Amiibo figure like Mario at your local retail store like Toys R Us, taking it home, and changing your 닌텐도 game like Hyrule Warriors is an electrifying concept that's succeeded far beyond the publisher's wildest expectations. Good thing 14.7 million Amiibo toys has been sold as of June 30, 2015. OK, let's 옮기기 on.

Of course, succeeds breeds imitation. What if 닌텐도 and The Pokemon Company team up and make Pokemon Amiibo 다음 year. How about Pokemon Amiibo figures and Pokemon Amiibo cards. Yeah, that could work. Besides, only Pokemon Amiibo cards can brand all the Pokemon like Cubchoo while only a handful of Pokemon like Hoopa will be Amiibo-branded NFC figures. That way, Pokemon Amiibos will be compatible with Pokemon games only. Sure, Pokemon does not want Pokemon IPs like 피카츄 to be used on 닌텐도 games like Yoshi's Woolly World and it has to be Pokemon games 또는 Super Smash Bros. I know 당신 can use Pokemon Amiibos like Charizard on Super Smash Bros For 닌텐도 3DS/For Wii U and Super Mario Maker. But still, 2016 would be a perfect 날짜 for Pokemon Amiibo figures and Pokemon Amiibo cards. But come to think of it, if there will be a new main series Pokemon game announced for 2016 like Pokemon Sun and Moon, then Pokemon Sun and Moon better allow Pokemon 팬 to place their Pokemon Amiibos like 피카츄 on a base and transport then into a magical world where 당신 put Pokemon like Bunnelby into Pokemon Sun 또는 Moon. Also, imagine using Amiibo in the Safari Zone which allows 당신 to go on an Amiibo Safari Zone. Why? Because an Amiibo Safari Zone allows 당신 to catch Pokemon from an Amiibo you're scanning like Pikachu. In addition, 당신 will get an item 의해 using an Amiibo too like a Safari Ball 또는 a new PokeBall.

Imagine, using a Pokemon Amiibo like Lucario into a Pokemon Sun/Moon where 당신 can catch Pokemon like Fennekin in the new region. 당신 can even use Amiibo on a Mystery Gift to receive Pokemon like Froakie in a Pokemon Center in a new region.

Pokemon Sun and Moon will feature two way to play: using a Pokemon Amiibo to catch Pokemon like Espurr in Pokemon Sun and Moon much like using DexNav to catch Pokemon like Poochyena in Pokemon ORAS, the other way is to use Amiibo in a Mystery Gift to get Pokemon like Treecko. 당신 can even use the same Pokemon Amiibo like Pelipper to get the same Pokemon in a Mystery Gift over and over again. This will be fun, if a little ordinary.

This is where the magic really happens in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Here, Pokemon players can take Pokemon like Fletchling and have them go on an adventure through Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Even better, trainers will be able to invite 프렌즈 into their Pokemon Sun 또는 Moon game, adding 더 많이 Pokemon Amiibos like Zygarde to the new region they create together.

And once Pokemon Sun and Moon shuts off, Pokemon 팬 can take the Pokemon toys like Pancham with them and create 더 많이 Pokemon adventures in the real world.

Pokemon Sun and Moon and Pokemon Amiibos (figures and cards) will represent an exciting new way to play Pokemon 다음 year, one in which the borders begin to disappear and imagination plays a much larger role. The merger of Pokemon toys and Pokemon video games might seem like simple marketing ploy for Pokemon, but it's so much more. When virtual reality meets actual reality - and imagination is set free - the only possible result is a deeper, 더 많이 thoughtful, and much 더 많이 creative experience in the entire Pokemon universe.

Please, 닌텐도 and The Pokemon Company, please make Pokemon Amiibos (figures and cards). It needs to happen for 2016. It better happen. If not, then I'm not gonna be happy. So do it. I want Pokemon Amiibo 다음 year. Please make it happen.
