Why does Team Rocket talk in rhyme so often?

Seriously, it's not only during their motto. Almost every word that comes out of their mouths is rhyme for something they said 또는 something another member said. I can't think of any specific examples off the 상단, 맨 위로 of my head, but I know there's a lot of them. Does anybody else find this totally annoying? :/ It's one of the many reasons I can't stand Team Rocket. I gotta say though, some Team Rocket 인용구 are totally hilarious, and some have made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe, but for the most part, they're annoying and lame, and to quote Dawn from the episode Borrow On Bad Faith "They're so weird."

QueenofthePika IKR! But sometimes its actually funny, like: "Prepare for trouble, and a dance!" "Im wearing tights instead of pants!" That one was so random I laughed out loud.

Pokegal4life IDK what episode that's from. I haven't seen that much of the original series, the Johto series, or the Advanced genration series.

QueenofthePika I actually dont know where it comes from, either. I just got it from a Pokemon funny quotes page.

The Pokemon franchise has lasted for several years which could be why the franchise has so many antagonists. Several of the Pokemon antagonists are from Team Rocket, a evil company that wants to use Pokemon to take over the world. All of the antagonists on my list have some involvement in Team Rocket. His body is white and his tail is pink. He has Green eyes and wears a 별, 스타 목걸이 and he has a gold band on his left foot. He also wears a grey bandana on his head and wears black gloves.
Katoshi is also his friend and Katoshi is a pink, cute mew with green-blue eyes and warrior accessories.
