Well, Entei and Raikou can be located through the map on your PokeGear after 당신 encounter them at the Burned Tower. I'm not sure, but if 당신 take the event Pichu to the shrine in Ilex forest, 당신 obtain another rare Pichu. I believe if 당신 befriend the new Pichu, 당신 can see Celebi there! :o (Correct me if I'm wrong! XD)

Oh, yeah! Catch a Stantler! They know Hypnosis, and I've found no matter what level the Pokemon, It'll 옮기기 before Entei 또는 Raikou!
