On Monday, Jane was doing much better. Her bruises looked a little better, and she was able to walk properly. At lunch time, Jane said to Paula, "You know, I can understand why 모건 saw me as a threat. I did have a big crush on Kyle at one time." Paula said, "But she shouldn't have hurt 당신 like that." Jane said, "I tried to tell her that I wasn't trying to take him from her. I probably should have told her that Kyle and I are just friends." Paula placed a hand on Jane's shoulder and said, "You didn't do anything wrong, Jane." Jane said, "I told her that I didn't want to fight." Paula said, "She should have understood, but it seems that she's violent anyway." Later, Kyle told Jane, "You don't have to worry about 모건 coming after 당신 anymore. She's moving." Jane said, "Good." Kyle said, "I'm glad that you're doing better. I'm really sorry I got 당신 into this mess." She said, "Kyle, it's not your fault. 당신 didn't know 모건 was going to hurt me." He said, "Well, at least she won't hurt 당신 anymore. I can't 곰 the thoughts of losing a good friend like you." Paula overheard and said, "That makes two of us." Jane smiled at her friends. She considered herself very lucky.
