My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a very 인기 animated show. This list ranks all of the show's important characters as well as Sunset Shimmer from the Equestria Girls film series. In order to keep the list from being too long characters that aren't relevant to the plot aren't included like Big Macintosh, Snips, Snails, and Trixie.

17. Princess Luna

Despite being a real 인기 character Princess Luna didn't stand out for me. Her personality, storylines, and dialogue isn't that interesting 또는 memorable.

16. Scootaloo

Out of the three main Cutie Mark Crusaders Scootaloo makes the smallest impression and isn't that interesting.

15. Sweetie Belle

The Cutie Mark Crusaders in general aren't very interesting with one exception that's mentioned later in the ranking. Sweetie Belle is Rarity's sister and she acts similar to her. She's okay, but nothing that memorable.

14. Shining Armor

Shining Armor is Princess Cadence's husband and Twilight Sparkle's brother. Although he isn't that exciting he does have some funny moments like the time he cried at a wedding before the wedding started.

13. Princess Cadence

Princess Cadence also isn't that exciting, but she has a very likeable and sweet personality. Plus she's a lot 더 많이 helpful at protecting ponies than Shining Armor.

Despite being one of the most important characters in the show Princess Celestia is pretty much a plot device for Twilight Sparkle. At least Nicole Oliver does a good job at voicing her and the human version of Celestia is pretty cool.

11. Pinkie Pie

All of the show's main characters appealing to some degree. Pinkie Pie is both a loyal friend and occasionally funny. However due to her constant antics she can be annoying at times. Despite that she's a fun character.

10. 무지개, 레인 보우 Dash

무지개, 레인 보우 Dash often pushes her likeability 의해 being obsessed with how cool she is. Despite that she is one of the coolest main ponies. In fact she might be 20% 냉각기 than your average pony.

9. 사과, 애플 Bloom

사과, 애플 Bloom has always been my 가장 좋아하는 of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. She has the best plots and is a much 더 많이 interesting character than the other two.

8. 사과 브랜디

사과 브랜디 may not be as interesting as the other main ponies, but she's never been a unlikeable 또는 annoying character which helps her have a high place on the list. Also episodes starring her as usually pretty good.

7. Spike

Although Spike doesn't stand out sometimes he's one of the funniest characters in the show. He has a immature personality that's fun to watch.

6. Sunset Shimmer

Sunset Shimmer started off as a cool villain in the first Equestria Girls film, but she became a hero in the 초 film. She's a well written and interesting character as both a villain and a hero. Plus having a regular character in the films that isn't in the show makes things a little 더 많이 exciting.

5. Fluttershy

Fluttershy is one of the most likeable and sweetest characters in the show. Although she may seem helpless she has been very helpful like the time she got Discord to stop being a villain. Also episodes starring her are often really cute.

4. Rarity

Rarity's gimmick may seem to be about style, but she's quite the great friend. Her eccentric obsession with style helps her be one of the funniest characters in the show. Also Tabitha St. Germain does a great job at giving Rarity a unique and memorable voice.

3. Starlight Glimmer

I know that Starlight Glimmer has gotten lots of mixed reception, but I think that adding her to the show was a good addition that's helped the show a lot. The show has gone for so long that Starlight's presence adds new storylines and 더 많이 excitement to the show. Plus Starlight is quite loveable in the recent seasons.

2. Twilight Sparkle

Twilight Sparkle is my 가장 좋아하는 of the main characters. She's the most interesting, well written, likeable, cute, and cool of the main characters. Episodes starring her tend to be some of the greatest episodes. The show would likely be a lot less emotional and exciting without her. She's also really funny at times like in the first Equestria Girls film.

Discord is the funniest character in the show. He's a delightfully goofy character that steals the show. Episodes that focus on him are some of the most fun episodes of any animated show. Also John de Lancie is one of my 가장 좋아하는 actors. He has a awesome voice.
