Hawkeye: *Talking into radio* Hey, anypony available to have a conversation?
Ike: Hawkeye? It's me, Ike.
Hawkeye: Hello. Listen, I'm having a party at my house tonight at 8. You're invited.

Gordon: Hey, did I hear somepony say party at Pierce's?
Hawkeye: Yes, and you're not invited.
Gordon: Why not?!
Stylo: *Talks into radio* Because nopony likes you.
Gordon: *Screaming for no reason*
Mirage: Hey, correct me if I'm wrong, but are 당신 having a party?

So it was arranged. Hawkeye bought food, drinks, decorations, and 음악 for the party, while Stylo told Metal Gloss, Coffee Creme, and Orion about the party.
