His name was Tazio Nuvolari, and he was known to be the most fastest of his age. Now, when he once won a race, he received a gift from a poet, unfortunately I can't remember his name, and it was a small tortoise. His philosophy here was this;
'The slowest animal, for the fastest man.' So 당신 can see the reference that stirred me after I watched the episode and seeing 무지개, 레인 보우 Dash making the choice for choosing Tank.
